Is this a healthy diet?

Absolutely!  It’s up to date with all the current research.  There are few things that miss the mark, such as the amount recommended you work out, and the amount I’ve challenged you to, but I wanted you to be able to succeed!  3 times a week is not too much to ask to work out and to eat a salad-as-a-meal.

I would love to have a PHD to back this up myself, but unfortunately, I have a long road of education ahead of me to accomplish this.   If there are any doctors of nutrition, nutritionists or registered diatician’s out there that might be interested in backing The Rule of Three Diet until I can do it myself, please let me know!
