What, exactly, consists of a ‘CHEAT’?

 

  • If you can’t work out, use a cheat. 

  • Most fast food choices would count as a cheat, except grilled chicken salad or on a wheat bun.

  • Anything with sugar, white flour or white rice.   There are no nutrients in these foods.  They do nothing good for your body.  Use one cheat for every one serving you have. 

  • Anything using an abundance of high fat foods, like cheese and cream.
