Why do you allow fat in this diet?
There is a huge difference between healthy fat and unhealthy fat. I am not saying to load up on unhealthy fat. Healthy fat is good for your body, unhealthy fat will clog arteries, raise cholesterol, and make you fat amongst other nasty things. It’s important to add a bit of healthy fat to your meals because it helps your body absorb the vitamins and minerals you eat, it helps you feel full, meaning you’ll eat less and it’s good for your whole body from skin to heart.
