Hummus

Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
3 cloves garlic, chopped and browned in 1tsp EVOO
1 heaping T tahini
Juice from 1 small fresh lemon
Pinch of salt
1-2T Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Steps:
Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add 1T of water at a time until it reaches the right consistency.

Serve with:
Crackers or veggies
