I hope that you are the first to join this page.  I only started the diet a few weeks ago, and I’m not yet where I want to be, so I am not yet on this list. 

If you are striving to make the Success! list, please record the following information when you start:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Measurements: bust (chest), waist, butt, thighs, and any others that you want to keep track of.
  • You might want to journal about your thoughts throughout, so you can write something about your journey when you succeed. 
  • If you want to be a ‘test subject’ (mwah ha ha!) in my book, You’ll need to save your weekly charts for me too.
